Since 2001 ADP has provided solutions to MoreDirect that have helped the company better serve its mostly remote workforce. Grisell says this is just one of the key differentiators between ADP and its competitors. "We have employees in 29 states and that poses a unique business challenge," Grisell says. Grisell says employees and managers embraced the web-based portal and mobile app immediately because the tools allowed them to submit vacation requests, amend their direct deposit; access the employee directory, request pay stubs, and much more, anytime, anywhere. "ADP offers a cloud based solution much like MoreDirect so it was a perfect match for us."
