FAQ

What are the official rules?

To be eligible for $100 Client Reward Points, qualified referrals must be received by ADP and related in-person meetings must occur by May 31, 2010; if a new ADP payroll relationship arises as a result of such a meeting by May 31, 2010, you will be eligible for an additional $300 Client Reward Points. To be eligible for $500 or $1000 payroll processing credit, each qualified referral must be received, related in-person meeting resulting in a new ADP payroll relationship must occur by May 31, 2010 and each new payroll relationship must successfully start “live” processing by September 1, 2010 (each an “Eligible New Client”).  A one-time $500 or $1,000 payroll processing credit will be issued for each Eligible New Client with annual processing fees equal to or less than $15,000 or over $15,000, respectively.  A “qualified referral” must be a company based in the United States with between 50-999 employees and cannot be an existing ADP payroll client. Promotion is intended for referring new relationships to ADP. No limit to the number of referrals submitted.

Do I have to be a current ADP payroll client in order to submit a referral?

Yes, only current ADP payroll clients are eligible to participate in the program and provide referrals.  Your referral must meet the required criteria (see rules above) in order to be accepted.

How many referrals may I submit?

There is no limit to the number of referrals you submit, but all referral forms must have all required fields complete and accurate, and the referred company has to meet the required criteria (see rules above) to be accepted.

How do I learn more about the rewards I can earn and access my rewards account?

If you are eligible to claim Referral Reward points, you will receive a letter in the mail and/or email to the addresses you have provided on the submission form with information on how to access your rewards program account and how to claim your points.  You can also review the sample rewards catalog by visiting www.awardhq.com and entering code 1685735407 to view reward options.

How often are the rewards points awarded?

After the in-person meeting with an ADP representative has taken place with the referred company, you will receive a letter in the mail and/or email to the addresses you have provided on the submission form of your reward points within 30 business days.  The additional $300 in Referral Reward points will be earned by the referring contact upon acceptance by ADP of signed, required new payroll client contract and related paperwork, and the referring client contact will be notified via letter in the mail and/or email of how to claim reward points within 30 business days.

How will the payroll processing credits be awarded?

To be eligible for $500 or $1000 payroll processing credit, each qualified referral must be received, related in-person meeting resulting in a new ADP payroll relationship must occur by May 31, 2010 and each new payroll relationship must successfully start “live” processing by September 1, 2010 (each an “Eligible New Client”).  A one-time $500 or $1,000 payroll processing credit will be issued for each Eligible New Client with annual processing fees equal to or less than $15,000 or over $15,000, respectively.  Once the Eligible New Client successfully starts "live" processing before September 1, 2010, the referring client company will be rewarded either a $500 or $1000 payroll processing credit (amount of credit is dependent on the amount of the annual processing fees of the Eligible New Client) automatically by ADP.

What if I have other questions or suggestions regarding the program?
